The dam once had water before as one of the biggest dams in Mpumalanga, due to droughts the dam lost it's value by becoming dry for the first time after a while. People in the area lost hope in it and started complaining to the Municipality concerning water shortage others started protesting against the municipality for poor service delivery, yet the problem is not the municipality. The big question remains unanswered until today.
This dam became alive again after being dry for over 2 years.
The answer to all this questions is:
The nature is responsible for everything on earth, but people are not aware and cannot study the ancestral system on avoiding disappointments, this is hard to be found especially during current generation. People should learn personal way of dealing with natural challenges like this one here, preparing everything in advance as the dam was once filled enough and it knew very well that once up the time I will be in a desert.

You might be experiencing dryness in your life, but it wont be forever and during the process of dry season you don't have to blame anyone, you don't have to point fingers to anyone. DON'T BLAME, but stand still knowing very well that it is a season and it shall come to pass. So the solution is being you and never depend on someone else, but God since he is the creator of everything. Copy this and you'll never cry.
